A very detailed building survey completed and report produced within 24hours meant I could decide what / if I wanted to proceed on the property - more importantly gave me the ability to confidently renegotiate with the seller. Having read the report from cover to cover (3 hours!) Alan was always available for me to go through my concerns / his observations and offered further helpful advice.
