What Is a Condition Survey?

A Home Condition Survey from Alan Rance offers excellent value for money. Why Have a Survey Carried Out?

Most buyers will need a Mortgage Valuation via their lender to ensure that the property provides sufficient security for the loan. Please be aware that these surveys are purely for the benefit of the mortgage company; they’re not designed to provide you, the buyer, with any information about the condition of the property or alert you to issues that may need to be dealt with.
